Summary:
Under general supervision to provide a clean comfortable, fun, and safe environment
Reports To:
Management Staff, Pool Foreman, Assistant Foreperson, and Head Patio
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participates in daily work schedule of building and grounds cleaning
- Washes windows and doors
- Participates in small scale landscaping
- Sweeps and mops floors
- Scrub Bathroom Mats
- Cleans furniture
- Picks up trash and empty trash receptacles.
- Assists with customer service
- Enforces all pool rules/procedure
- Must wear appropriate clothing including, uniform shirt
- Comes to work on time ready to perform duties
- Perform additional duties as assigned by managers or the Recreation Department.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Must be at least 15 years of age.
- Must be able to work independently (as well as work with others)
- Must be able to follow simple oral and written instructions
- Must be able to exercise care in the use of cleaning materials for different types of surfaces
- Must be able to recognize and report unsafe hazards
- Must be able to do outdoor work
Knowledge & Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Attendance at all required training sessions.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.
